Assembly Operator 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Loading components into machine or onto conveyor system
• Completing production and inspection reports as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area
• Performing hourly inspection of parts
• Packing finished product into various totes/bins

Requirements

• Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Perform basic math skills – including working with percentages and fractions
• Ability to use and understand quality gauges and quality fixtures
• Ability to work in a factory environment – standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs

Pay

Pay rate starts at $20.55 per hour with scheduled pay increases at 3 months and 6 months of employment. Additional $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift.

Schedule

Work hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am – a straight 8‑hour shift with a paid lunch.
