Assembly Operator- 3rd Shift Work hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Work a straight 8 hours shift with a paid lunch Pay rate starts at $20.55/ hour with scheduled pay increase at 3 months and 6 months of employment. Additional $0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift Eligible for monthly attendance bonus first full month of employment Assembly Operator will be responsible for Loading components into machine or onto conveyor systemWill complete production and inspection reports as required. Maintain a clean, safe and organized work areaHourly inspection of partsPacking finished product various totes/ bins Requirements Prefer 1 year of previous manufacturing experience in fast paced environmentHigh attention to detailAbility to work both in a team and independentlyPerform basic math skills- including working with percentages and fractionsAbility to use and understand quality gauges, quality fixturesAbility to work in a factory environment- standing, bending.
