About the role

Join a dynamic team focused on developing innovative solutions. As an Assembly Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to assembly procedures and equipment usage.
  • Conduct regular process reviews and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Proficient in using CAD software and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard assembly techniques and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
