About the role
The Mechanical Assembly Specialist is responsible for assembling and inspecting mechanical components to ensure they meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect mechanical components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve issues and improve assembly processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related experience in mechanical assembly or similar field.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
