Responsibilities
- Inspection of Printing Wiring Assembly
- Able to determine pass/fail criteria on solder joints
- Review and subjectively determine false calls on AOI
- Determine polarity and presence/absence of components
- Review and compare “golden board” to PWAs being inspected
- Inspect to IPC-A-610 standards
- Work closely with AOI Technician, X-Ray Operator, and QC Inspectors
Qualifications
- Previous experience in PWA manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with BOM and PWA Drawing
- Knowledge of component levels i.e. type, value, and polarity
- IPC-A-610 certified preferred
