AOI Operator

About the role

The AOI Operator is responsible for inspecting electronic components using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI machines to inspect electronic components for defects.
• Ensure all inspected components meet quality standards.
• Communicate any issues found to supervisors or technicians.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of electronics and quality control principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficiency with AOI machines.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication skills.
