About the role
The AOI Operator is responsible for inspecting electronic components using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Operate AOI machines to inspect electronic components for defects.
- Ensure all inspected components meet quality standards.
- Communicate any issues found to supervisors or technicians.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of electronics and quality control principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficiency with AOI machines.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills.
