AOI Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Purpose: Performs all AOI functions including scanning product on Fusion and Galaxy AOI machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate the VRS machines for defect verification
• Use scopes for verification and rework of defects
• Operate the Post Etch Punch machine

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in all AOI functions
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints
• Experience using measuring devices or scopes to measure line width and space of the product being processed
• Experience in in‑process inspection, final inspection, and ability to help catch panels from resist strip or developing machine
• Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of rigid PCB, flex and rigid/flex processes
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with shop floor software to complete transactions in Oracle, Cimnet or other MRP systems

Pay

Salary range (annual): $39,520.00 – $45,760.00. Actual base pay within this range is determined at the offer stage based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills.
