Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicates and listens effectively in a professional and courteous manner.
- Solves minor problems and recognizes bigger problems that require supervisor assistance.
- Shows good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Works collaboratively as part of a team.

- Gets along well with co-workers.

- Complies with Microboard, OSHA, and SDS safety policies.
- Show proficiency with and working knowledge of the AOI machine.
- Load the proper program, load and run boards, and log defects as appropriate.
- Show a working knowledge of Microboard MIS (Aegis) software.
- Show proficiency with and working knowledge of IPC 610 Certification.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills such as, shutdown, startup, and navigate folders.
