2nd Shift AOI Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicates and listens effectively in a professional and courteous manner.
• Solves minor problems and recognizes bigger problems that require supervisor assistance.
• Shows good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Works collaboratively as part of a team.
• Functions under time pressure.
• Gets along well with co-workers.
• Accepts change in a positive manner.
• Maintains a positive, healthy, and safe work environment.
• Complies with Microboard, OSHA, and SDS safety policies.
• Show proficiency with and working knowledge of the AOI machine.
• Load the proper program, load and run boards, and log defects as appropriate.
• Show a working knowledge of Microboard MIS (Aegis) software.
• Show proficiency with and working knowledge of IPC 610 Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of industry experience or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills such as, shutdown, startup, and navigate folders.
