Assemblers - 3rd shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Assembly of lights using blueprints and work orders
• Perform daily and weekly 5s procedures
• Set up and operation of various machines including: Potting Machines, Sonic Welder, Multi-voltage testers, Rivet Machine, Shrink tubing, Micrometers, Air presses, Pneumatic drivers and crimpers

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to lift up to 34 LBS unassisted
• Ability to stand up to 9 hours
• Ability to work overtime during the week
• Ability to work overtime on weekends unless exempt for religious purpose (infrequently)

Pay

$17 starting pay, more based on experience. Our 3rd shifters will earn an additional $2.00/hr. shift premium on top of their base pay. You will become a “certified” assembler in your first 6-9 months, increasing your pay to $19, plus the shift premium if you are on 3rd shift.
