Assembler - Weekend Shift

About the Role

Responsible for constructing, assembling, and building heat exchangers in a non-temperature-controlled shop environment with loud noises, dust, and metal particles. Employees must wear appropriate PPE, including hearing protection, safety glasses, masks, and safety boots.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble heat exchangers using shop tools.
• Assemble structural and drive components, including motors and props.
• Use hardware fasteners correctly and interpret blueprints and instructions.
• Follow schedules, report progress, and adhere to safety policies.

Requirements

• Prior assembly experience required.
• Proficient with hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, reach, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity for close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with potential weekend work.
