Assembler - Tier 2

We’re seeking a Tier 2 Assembler to join a premier manufacturing client in Utica, NY.

Pay

$17.77 per hour

Schedule

• 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• 3:30 pm – 12:00 am

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
• Support manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs
• Identify and resolve recurring issues within your work area
• Exchange job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
• Assist and provide guidance to new team members
• Perform highly structured activities based on defined work procedures, rules, and instructions
• Apply basic technical knowledge to operate equipment and follow processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least one year of related experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within defined procedures
• Comfortable working under close supervision
• Basic understanding of technical processes, procedures, equipment, and systems
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job, with reasonable accommodations if needed
