What You'll Do
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and/or assembly equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Solid working knowledge of Lean principles, especially single-piece flow
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and semi-automated assembly equipment
- Ability to read blueprints
- Forklift certification preferred; experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar MHE
- Comfortable lifting and maneuvering up to 65 lbs throughout a full shift
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word)
- A "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality — you don't watch, you do
Working Conditions
- This is an active, physical role.
- Expect frequent lifting, extended standing, and regular movement between multiple assembly work cells throughout your shift.
