Assembler Technician

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembler Technician for a full-time contract opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing professional with 2 to 5 years of assembly experience, particularly in high-volume electric vehicle, automotive, or advanced manufacturing production environments. Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to certified assembly procedures, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Pack, prepare, and ship completed assemblies while ensuring order accuracy and proper documentation.
• Support production planning activities, including preparing job instruction packets and coordinating workflow needs.
• Partner with warehouse, purchasing, and production teams to help meet daily deadlines and production targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy while following SOPs, safety requirements, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of assembly experience, especially in high-volume electric vehicle, automotive, or advanced manufacturing production environments.
• Dependable and mechanically inclined with a focus on quality work and meeting production goals.

Pay

$25.00 to $27.59 per hour.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• 2nd shift: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
