About the role

This position involves assembling gasket plate heat exchangers, performing quality inspections, documenting processes, and maintaining a clean workspace. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Complete production documentation and record assembly data accurately.
  • Follow daily work assignments, blueprints, and SOPs.
  • Report deviations related to safety, quality, parts, or equipment promptly.
  • Participate in daily meetings, suggest improvements, and contribute to process optimizations.
  • Engage in waste reduction activities and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Maintain high 5S standards through daily routines.
  • Seek cross-training opportunities and enhance process knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and rotate tasks as needed.
  • Handle raw materials and finished products manually or with lifts.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement. Familiarity with blueprints and quality control processes is preferred.
