Role: Assembles electronic components, subassemblies, or systems by following work orders and drawings, ensuring quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Read work orders and production instructions.Assemble parts using hand tools and fixtures.Perform tasks like potting, sanding, or color coding.Inspect parts with basic testing methods.Install finished assemblies into enclosures.Uphold quality, safety, and operational standards.Report hazards and collaborate with safety and quality departments to ensure compliance.Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 months of experience or training.Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and color vision.Ability to read instructions and technical documents.Good communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in loud, chemical-rich environments. Knowledge: Basic understanding of assembly tools, production processes, and quality standards. Working conditions: Located in a production zone with exposure to noise and chemicals. Must comply with safety protocols and PPE requirements.
