What You’ll Do
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting trailer production through hands-on assembly tasks while following safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Perform assembly work across various stages of the trailer-building process.
- Operate a wide range of hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, needle guns, caulk guns, rivet guns, impact wrenches, huck guns, routers, grinders, and tape measures.
- Prepare metal and other surfaces by cleaning components and applying solvents as required.
- Apply caulk to required trailer seams and joints to meet quality and sealing standards.
- Position, align, and fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners.
- Assemble sub-assemblies such as brake hoses, light boxes, axles, air brake systems, nose boxes, wiring harnesses, doors, walls, wheels, and tire-rim components.
- Drill through aluminum, steel, and wood materials according to specifications.
- Follow work instructions, process sheets, and company procedures consistently.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards on a consistent basis.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support line flow and production goals.
- Maintain dependable attendance and work scheduled hours, including mandatory overtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and operational needs.

- Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively.
- Comfort working at a steady production pace in a manufacturing environment.
- Read and understand blueprints, tape measures, and basic work instructions.
- Basic math skills, including measurements and fractions.
- Willingness to learn new tasks, tools, and processes.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accountability for quality of work.
- Willingness to follow safety rules, instructions, and company policies.
