Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and test of wire wound potentiometers to drawings and specifications.
- May move from process to process as necessary.
- May assist Lead in issuance of material, breakdown of kits, training or other miscellaneous duties.
- May be assigned to other duties in other departments or areas as needed.
- May be asked to perform other tasks as assigned by Lead and Manager.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to work under a microscope.
- Demonstrate good written and communication skills.
- Ability to perform the basic process operations in the manufacturing of potentiometers in the assigned work centers while meeting labor standards.
- Read, interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
- Utilize inspection gauges, tools and electronic test equipment.
- Demonstrate knowledge, aptitude and manual coordination.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
Skills
- Basic understanding of potentiometer manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay
$16 – 18/hr depending on experience.
