Assembler

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and test of wire wound potentiometers to drawings and specifications.
• May move from process to process as necessary.
• May assist Lead in issuance of material, breakdown of kits, training or other miscellaneous duties.
• May be assigned to other duties in other departments or areas as needed.
• May be asked to perform other tasks as assigned by Lead and Manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to work under a microscope.
• Demonstrate good written and communication skills.
• Ability to perform the basic process operations in the manufacturing of potentiometers in the assigned work centers while meeting labor standards.
• Read, interpret and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
• Utilize inspection gauges, tools and electronic test equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge, aptitude and manual coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.

Skills

• Basic understanding of potentiometer manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay

$16 – 18/hr depending on experience.

Location

The ideal candidate will be working on-site in the Sunshine state of California, USA in the city of Ontario.
