Assembler

Shift:

• Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Pay:

• $17.00 - $19.00/hr.

Position Summary

Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking.

Position Qualifications

• Education: HS Graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience: No experience required. 1+ years prior experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.
