Assembler

About the role

Pattison ID designs, builds, and maintains physical spaces and facilities for brands that aim to drive value and impact through their physical spaces. As one of the largest companies in this field, we operate 8 manufacturing facilities, 5 sales and operations offices, and employ over 1,000 people in the US and Canada.

Essential Functions

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Assembly area of the Production Floor.
• Store tools and materials in designated locations.
• Use drills, small tools, and common hand tools as needed, following safety protocols.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and methods.

Health & Safety

• Adhere to all Health and Safety Programs, Rules, Procedures, and Policies.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift.

Quality Assurance

• Adhere to all Quality Standards during Assembly and Packing.
• Communicate any quality issues to the Lead, Production Supervisor, and Quality Supervisor.

Inventory Management

• Complete material and time tracking operations promptly and accurately.
• Notify the Lead and Production Supervisor when materials are running low.
• Follow the inventory control process and storage guidelines for materials and supplies.

Physical Demands

• Handle and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Work with or around electrical equipment.
• Stand for 80% of the work schedule.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling may be required.

Education & Experience

• ACM Product knowledge preferred but not required.
• General carpentry and/or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing and product assembly experience preferred but not required.
