Assembler - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assembly tasks including prep, mechanical, harness, cable, and PCB sub-assemblies using models and drawings.
• Conduct soldering and electronic component installation on PCAs.
• Interpret blueprints and instructions to ensure quality work that meets production standards.
• Work independently on routine tasks and resolve assembly issues.
• Communicate with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements through LEAN and Six Sigma activities.
• Maintain safety protocols and assist in training lower-level employees.
• Participate in in-process inspections.
• Adapt to multiple assembly product lines.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of soldering experience.
• Preferred skills include familiarity with Jira and CostPoint.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is preferred.
• Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Must adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
