Role Overview
This position involves assembling complex systems, leading production workflows, and mentoring team members in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, ensuring quality compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and conducting functional testing of assemblies and systems.
Key Duties
- Apply problem-solving techniques to support production goals.
- Lead assembly line operations and ensure adherence to safety procedures, including ESD and Explosive Safety controls.
- Complete work according to specifications and quality standards.
- Train and transfer knowledge to new employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale improvements.
- Operate automated equipment and handle a range of materials with precision.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership and extensive floor expertise.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and handle diverse materials safely.
- Experience with automated equipment, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a security investigation.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and technical skills.
