Role Overview

This position involves assembling complex systems, leading production workflows, and mentoring team members in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, ensuring quality compliance, supporting continuous improvement, and conducting functional testing of assemblies and systems.

Key Duties

  • Apply problem-solving techniques to support production goals.
  • Lead assembly line operations and ensure adherence to safety procedures, including ESD and Explosive Safety controls.
  • Complete work according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to new employees, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale improvements.
  • Operate automated equipment and handle a range of materials with precision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing leadership and extensive floor expertise.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and handle diverse materials safely.
  • Experience with automated equipment, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a security investigation.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and technical skills.
