Assembler 1 – 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Operate hand and pneumatic tools, support molding operations, pack products, perform basic computer tasks, and assist with visual and dimensional quality checks.
• Support preventative maintenance, keeps work areas organized, and may work across departments.
• Follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations.
• Occasionally adjust schedules to meet the company's needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to work in any assigned department.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, cleaning, and equipment operation.
• Willingness to work required overtime (typically 10–20 hours per week).

Qualifications

The Essentials:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

The Preferred:

• No previous related experience required.
