About the role
Base pay starts at $17.75 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift. This position is located at 7 Ledgewood Blvd, North Dartmouth, MA 02747.
Schedule
2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Assemble component parts or pieces according to blueprints or schematics
- Verify correct quantities of components and perform quality checks on completed items
- Manage parts inventory and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products
- Perform repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail
- Identify and segregate non-conforming product
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- Train other/new associates
- Lift up to 50 pounds continually, including above shoulder height and below the waist
- Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
- Assemble and fabricate product using company-supplied hand and power tools
Requirements
- Experience with staple guns, drills, or similar tools preferred
- Able to bend and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually, including above shoulder height and below the waist
