Asphalt Plant Laborer/ Groundman

About the role

APAC-Atlantic, part of CRH’s South Division, is a leader in the production of high-quality hot mix and warm mix asphalt, serving the Coastal Georgia and Low Country South Carolina markets for over 70 years. Our goal on any project is to finish on time and on budget, using the right materials and construction methods proven to last.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general duties at an asphalt plant including shoveling, moving materials, and maintaining good housekeeping while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Maintain reliable attendance, meeting company safety and performance standards, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Be able to repetively lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel and be capable of passing required physical examination.
• Experience working around Asphalt and/or construction equipment is preferred.

Requirements
