Asphalt Paving Crew Members for City Streets

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with job site preparation for asphalt paving projects
• Help place, spread, and finish asphalt during paving operations
• Support the operation and setup of paving equipment and tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, shoveling, and raking
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous construction or asphalt paving experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Commitment to working safely and following established procedures
