About the role

Small and large paver operators, plant operator, roller operators, and asphalt laborers are needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large pavers
• Operate plant equipment
• Operate rollers
• Perform asphalt labor tasks

Requirements

• Must be able to lift heavy objects
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating paving equipment
• Experience working in construction

Skills

• Strong physical fitness
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow directions
