Asphalt/ Paving Crew Members

Alabama Grading & Excavation / Paving Pros is hiring hardworking, reliable team members for our paving division. We seek Laborers and Equipment Operators who take pride in quality work and can perform in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Positions Available

• Asphalt Laborers
• Lute/Rake Hands
• Roller Operators
• Paver Operators
• Skid Steer & Loader Operators
• General Paving Crew Members

Responsibilities

• Assist with asphalt placement, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup
• Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently (for operator roles)
• Follow directions from the foreman and work as part of a coordinated crew
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
• Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly

Requirements

• Experience in paving or heavy civil construction preferred but not required for laborers
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and weather
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
