Key Responsibilities
- Aid in preparing job sites for asphalt paving projects.
- Place, spread, and finish asphalt during paving operations.
- Operate and set up paving equipment and tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, shoveling, and raking.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous construction or asphalt paving experience preferred but not required.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
