Lan-Co is a safe, strong, stable, and respected family-owned company offering various asphalt paving/concrete professional positions. These roles include Rakers, Luters, Laborers, Operators, Quality Control Managers, Surveyors, and Pipe Laborers.

Responsibilities

- Raking and luting asphalt/concrete surfaces. - Operating paving/concrete machinery. - Performing quality control inspections. - Conducting site surveys. - Handling pipe labor tasks.

Requirements

- No formal education required. - No prior experience necessary.

Qualifications

- Strong physical condition. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills.

Pay

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with options for overtime.
