About the role

Location: Warehouse. As a Shipping Clerk in the Warehouse, you will assist supervisors with the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse, including documentation, dock and personnel assignments, and inter-departmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trailer loading: assign trailer loading docks, communicate with yard jockeys, assist third‑party truck drivers with documentation.
• Documentation: ensure all required documents are properly filled out and filed, print lot number stickers, make and record changes to customer orders as needed, add or cut.
• Other job responsibilities: stay in contact with customer service and order entry to keep orders up to date so they are completed in a timely manner; participate in monthly inventory.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
