About the role
Fresno Infiniti is seeking an ASE Certified Technician to join our team. We are part of the Harris Auto Group, established in 1972 and serving the central valley.
Responsibilities

- Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, lift over 50 lbs, reach overhead, climb stairs, perform repetitive hand/finger movements, grasp/grab with hands, push, pull
- Devote oneself to customer satisfaction
- Determine management, production, and quality requirements
- Attend Company Meetings As Required
- Maintain a follow-up system for assigned projects
- Establish personal performance goals and devise strategies to meet them
- Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time utilization and plan effectiveness
- Understand business terminology and stay updated on product and service technology changes
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing the company’s business
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors
- Adhere to company work rules and procedures
- Participate in performance management
- Interact positively with colleagues and maintain high employee morale
- Observe and uphold non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ensure 100% productivity
- Use factory specifications as the standard in repair, service, and customization work
- Provide excellent customer service
- Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager
- Complete repair work within allotted time
- Set and achieve personal and professional development goals
- Aid the service writer in writing work orders, conducting test rides, interacting with customers, or any other task to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist in keeping the shop neat and organized
- Complete necessary paperwork and file after every job
- Keep technical qualifications current by completing required training programs
- Ensure the vehicle is cleaner upon completion than when it was received
- Complete additional work quickly, accurately, and cheerfully if the vehicle needs further attention
