About the role

Dealership L0381 Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Washington Sterling Exotics is now hiring an ASE Certified Automotive Technician. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3000.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues on high-performance luxury vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
• Work closely with other technicians and management to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional technician experience, preferably with exotic or ultra-luxury vehicles
• Prior experience working on Highline Brands
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge
• ASE certifications or OEM-specific training a plus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
