Asbestos Litigation Associate/Attorney/Senior Counsel

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an experienced Asbestos Litigation Associate/Attorney/Senior Counsel for our Los Angeles, Oakland, or virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience and an active California bar license. This position involves working with attorneys in the Complex Torts business unit on civil litigation in toxic tort spaces.

Responsibilities

• Conducting factual investigations and discovery
• Preparing pleadings
• Taking depositions
• Engaging in discovery
• Substantive motion practice specific to California state and federal courts

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in asbestos litigation
• Active California bar license
• Reside in California
