About the role

The Arriba Abajo Host is responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. They provide table accommodations and offer menu recommendations, influencing the overall restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
• Provide table accommodations and menu recommendations
• Ensure guest satisfaction by being the final point of contact
• Multi-task effectively using phone, computer, iPad, and other tools
• Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work flexible schedules including day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• A friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Previous customer service experience required
• Ability to multi-task (use phone, computer, iPad, simultaneously)
• Refined verbal communication skills
• A desire to exceed guest expectations
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
