About the role

We are currently looking for an ARNP with a passion for human services. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with an organization focused on a transformative path towards social change, creating pathways for rehabilitation, reintegration, and redemption.

Serving as a member of PHS Behavioral Health treatment team, the ARNP has overall Medical and/or Psychiatric responsibility for monitoring client’s treatment and staff delivery of clinical services. The ARNP provides medical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication management and treatment; clinical supervision, education and training of the team; and development, maintenance, and supervision of medication and medical treatment policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide medical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication management, and treatment.
  • Monitor client treatment and staff delivery of clinical services.
  • Offer clinical supervision, education, and training to the team.
  • Develop, maintain, and supervise medication and medical treatment policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in good standing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Previous experience providing medical services.
  • 2 years’ experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities, and vulnerable populations.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs.

Pay

New hires for this position typically start between $105,951 and $141,268 annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions.
