ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner)

About the role

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality healthcare in both clinical and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. The role involves leading clinic staff, reviewing patient histories, diagnosing, prescribing medications, and interpreting diagnostic tests.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA
• Lead and support clinic staff
• Conduct virtual patient interactions and in-person care
• Support new employee training to foster a positive, inclusive work environment
• Participate in on-call duties and work varied shifts
• Engage in community involvement and teamwork

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license
• DEA registration
• DOT certification within 120 days of hire

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care, family practice, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in virtual patient interactions
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and on-call duties
