ARNP Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Red River Youth Academy is seeking a dedicated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide comprehensive care to adolescents in our residential treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and history/physical assessments for all patients.
• Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate weekly with the Medical Director to review treatment plans and program integrity.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Work closely with therapists, physicians, and allied staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Comply with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Support compliance with state, federal, and JCAHO regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: MSN/APRN, ARNP, NP-BC, ACNP, FNP, ANP, or PA-C licensed under the Oklahoma
• Experience: Preferred experience with adolescent psychiatric care and at least one year in a residential or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Joint Commission standards, EMRs, patient confidentiality laws, and community resources.
• Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
