ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner)

About the role

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality healthcare in clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Delivering care in clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals
• Leading and guiding clinic staff to ensure excellent patient service
• Reviewing medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications
• Formulating diagnoses through patient interviews and diagnostic data
• Ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients
• Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulations, including HIPAA
• Implementing protocols and adhering to clinical guidelines
• Participating in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities
• Supporting new employee onboarding and fostering a positive work environment
• Maintaining professional licensure, certifications, and compliance standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and active Family Nurse Practitioner license
• 1-2 years of relevant practice experience preferred
• DEA registration and DOT certification within specified timeframes
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
• Experience in urgent care, occupational health, ER, or family practice is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environments and virtual communication channels
