We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Overview (company description) maybe as About the role? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: Overview (company description) maybe as About the role? Could be "About the role" but it's more about company. Could treat as "About the role" or "Overview". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use those headings if content exists. We have: - Overview: description of DK Security, growth, services, opportunity, etc. Could be placed under "About the role" (or maybe "Overview" but not in list). I'd put under

    About the role

with paragraphs. - Job Skills / Requirements: includes location, must have valid Michigan CPL and Driver's License, firearm and full duty belt provided at no cost. Also SCOPE description: responsibilities of armed security officers. Then "Current Openings" with two locations, pay rates, schedule details. Then "Compensation Benefits (eligibility requirements apply): dental, vision, life insurance, group accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, and Paid Medical Leave." - Job Description/Responsibilities: list of duties. - Job Minimum Requirements: many bullet-like requirements. - Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED; Certification Requirements (All) Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL) Michigan Driver License - Additional Information / Benefits: includes EEO boilerplate (should be removed) and Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, FMLA, EPPA, Immigrant and Employee Rights, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info: location (Battle Creek, MI), must have valid Michigan CPL and Driver's License, firearm and full duty belt provided at no cost, scope description, current openings with pay and schedule, compensation benefits list, responsibilities list, minimum requirements list, education and certification requirements, benefits list (medical, life, dental, vision, paid vacation, paid sick days). Also note Paid Medical Leave from earlier compensation benefits. We need to decide sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (job description), Requirements (maybe combine minimum requirements, education, certification), Benefits (compensation benefits + additional benefits), Pay (maybe include pay rates from openings), Schedule (maybe include schedule details). However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay and Schedule into one section? But they said use headings like Pay, Schedule if content exists. We have specific pay rates and schedule details for two openings. Could create a Pay section with the two pay rates, and a Schedule section with the schedule details. Or combine into a "Pay and Schedule" section but not in allowed headings. Better to follow allowed headings: we can have Pay and Schedule sections if we have content. We also have Benefits: we have compensation benefits list and additional benefits list. Could combine into Benefits section. We have Requirements: we have many minimum requirements, education, certification. Could combine into Requirements section. We have Responsibilities: list of duties. We have About the role: overview. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check each for substantive content: - About the role: overview paragraph(s) about DK Security. - Responsibilities: list of duties from Job Description/Responsibilities. - Requirements: combine minimum requirements, education, certification, plus maybe CPL and driver license (already in skills/requirements). Also include age, high school diploma, no felonies, etc. - Benefits: combine compensation benefits (dental, vision, life insurance, group accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, Paid Medical Leave) and additional benefits (Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days). Note some overlap: dental, vision, life insurance appear in both. We should preserve all but avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate benefits. Let's list unique benefits: From compensation benefits: dental, vision, life insurance, group accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, Paid Medical Leave. From additional benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days. Combine unique: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Group Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Identity Theft Protection, Paid Medical Leave, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days. Note Life Insurance appears twice but we keep once. Dental, Vision also duplicate. Thus Benefits section list. - Pay: we have two openings with hourly rates: Air National Guard Base - $21.93/hour; Fort Custer Training Center - $19.89/hour. Also note "Compensation Benefits (eligibility requirements apply):" but that's benefits not pay. So Pay section should list these rates. Could also note that pay is hourly. - Schedule: we have schedule details: Air National Guard Base - ACA Full Time, Rotating Schedule, Day Shift (0640-1910); Fort Custer Training Center - Part Time, Friday to Sunday, 1st Shift (0800-1600). Also maybe note rotating schedule etc. We should also include location? Could be in About the role or maybe in Requirements? The location is Battle Creek, MI. Could be placed in About the role as part of overview. Or we could add a short paragraph under About the role: "This position is located in Battle Creek, MI." The overview didn't mention location explicitly; it's in the "Job Skills / Requirements" line: "This position is located in Battle Creek, MI***Must have a valid Michigan Concealed Pistol License and Driver's License". So we should include that. Thus About the role: overview + location. Now we need to format: Use

    for headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (not needed). No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, E-Verify, FMLA, EPPA, Immigrant and Employee Rights, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
