As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Enhanced Part Time in Waxahachie, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, with a schedule of Wednesday 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store management and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving and loading areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer, employee, and vendor activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to site procedures.
• Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
