Armed Security Officer - Clinic Days

About the role

As an Armed Security Officer - Clinic Days in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in healthcare settings. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide courteous customer service. This role supports a welcoming environment while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, donors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and help maintain an orderly environment within a healthcare services location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Guard card or license is preferred (if not already armed).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$23.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Thursday: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Friday: 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
• Saturday: 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM
