About the role

As an Armed Patrol Driver with a required DoD Secret Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. This part-time role combines customer service, clear communication, and integrity while supporting critical operations. You can build a flexible schedule and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site-specific protocols.
  • Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate observations to site leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
  • Participation in industry-specific security training programs.

Pay

$27.32 per hour.

Schedule

  • Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
  • Friday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
