Responsibilities
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Requirements
- Must have active Act 235 Certification
- Physical ability essential for patrolling a hospital environment
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be 21 years old or older
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have an ACT 235 Lethal Weapons Training Certification
- Currently have or be able to attain all necessary immunizations
- Provide personally owned duty weapon (9mm caliber handgun)
- Complete certification to carry an approved less-lethal alternative (OCAT-Path Certification - OC Spray)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- First aid/CPR certification and IAHSS Basic Course, is an asset

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $25.00 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
