About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals with security, military, law enforcement, or high-contact customer service experience who can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced security services in a professional and courteous manner
• Interact with the public in a respectful and professional manner
• Assist with incident response and emergency procedures
• Perform routine patrols and surveillance activities
• Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid PA Act 235 Certification
• 3+ years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: Armed Security experience, Military or Law Enforcement background, Healthcare, shelter, or behavioral health experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
• Pass PAT: 100-meter run in 66 seconds or less
• 30 push-ups
• 26 sit-ups
