Minimum Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- A United States citizen; or a Lawful Permanent Resident with an honorable discharge from the US Armed Forces
- Valid Social Security Card
- One year of armed security experience or one year of law enforcement experience in a full-duty status with a full-service police department
- One year of experience as a member of the US Armed Forces with an honorable discharge
- A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of the security industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-driven mindset
- Trainable and proficient in firearms (pistol), OC spray, expandable baton, and first aid
Physical Demands
- Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping for up to twelve (12) hours per day
- Ability to remain on post for up to four (4) consecutive hours without sitting, eating, or receiving a break
- Ability to remain alert for up to twelve (12) hours, with the ability to react quickly to unexpected and dangerous situations
