Minimum Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- A United States citizen; or a Lawful Permanent Resident with an honorable discharge from the US Armed Forces
- Valid Social Security Card
- One year of armed security experience or one year of law enforcement experience in a full-duty status with a full-service police department
- One year of experience as a member of the US Armed Forces with an honorable discharge
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English
- Trainable and proficient in firearms (pistol), OC spray, expandable baton, and first aid, CPR, AED
Physical Demands
- Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping
- Ability to remain on post up to four hours without breaks
- Ability to remain alert for up to 12 hours
- Mental and physical readiness to react quickly to unexpected and dangerous situations
