About the role
The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
Qualifications
- Security experience required; experience in account management and/or security management preferred.
- Must meet Safe Driver criteria.
- Must successfully pass the armed certification assessment.
- Must possess a current armed DCJS certification or have the ability to obtain one.
Skills
As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.
