Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor is a member of the Store Leadership responsible for a specific area of the Store and general operations when acting as the Manager on Duty. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment, customer service, general merchandising, loss prevention, front end supervision, and fitting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
• Treat all customers, associates, and leaders with respect
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area
• Manage the front-end area, train and coach associates, and ensure productivity
• Supervise associates and handle administrative duties as assigned
• Execute loss prevention measures and maintain public view monitor system
• Maintain fitting rooms and ensure compliance with company policy

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
