Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing a specific area of the store and ensuring smooth operations. They are responsible for customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Treat all customers, associates, and leaders with respect
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes
• Manage the front end, fitting rooms, and stockrooms
• Supervise associates and train on best practices
• Handle administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs

• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $16.50 - $17.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.

Schedule

Hours may vary depending on the store's needs and can include evenings and weekends.
