Area Supervisor 2nd Shift
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for Responsibilities, Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (maybe Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills), maybe Physical and Working Conditions could be under Requirements? The spec says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to map content.
We have Business Unit Overview and Location Description - could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections: About the role (maybe combine Business Unit Overview and Location Description). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (maybe education/experience required). Qualifications (maybe preferred). Skills (maybe preferred skills). But we need to avoid filler sections. We have content for all.
We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule unless present. Not present, so omit.
We must preserve all substantive info. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to extract lists: Duties And Responsibilities is a list of bullet-like sentences each starting with a verb. We'll turn each into
- . Similarly, SUCCESS FACTORS could be a list. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED is a list of bullet-like sentences. Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills also list. PHYSICAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS list.
We need to decide which heading each list goes under.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
But note we included POSITION SUMMARY as a list item; maybe better to keep as prose before list. However spec says use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The POSITION SUMMARY is prose; we could keep as
then list for duties. Let's separate:
POSITION SUMMARY ...
then for duties.
Similarly SUCCESS FACTORS could be under Requirements or Qualifications? It's more like competencies. Could be under Requirements. We'll treat as list under Requirements.
Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED list; Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills list; PHYSICAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS list.
We could have sections: Requirements (includes EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED and SUCCESS FACTORS). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Education...). Skills (maybe Physical and Working Conditions? but that's more conditions). Could also put Physical under Requirements.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide:
- About the role: Business Unit Overview + Location Description.
- Responsibilities: Position summary + duties list.
- Requirements: Education & Experience Required list + Success Factors list.
- Qualifications: Preferred Education, Experience, And Skills list.
- Skills: Physical and Working Conditions list (maybe not skills but okay). Or we could combine Physical under Qualifications.
But spec says we can use Skills heading for skills. Physical and Working Conditions is not skills but maybe we can put under Requirements as well.
Better: Use Requirements for education/experience and success factors. Use Qualifications for preferred education/experience/skills. Use Skills for physical and working conditions? Might be odd but acceptable.
Alternatively we could omit Skills section and put physical under Requirements as well. But then we have many lists under Requirements; still okay.
We need to avoid filler headings. If we include Skills heading but content is just physical conditions, it's still substantive.
